The kids and I participate in several fun activities throughout the week (Monday - Bethany's music class; Tuesday - story time at the library; Wednesday - face painting, story time, balloon animals, playplace, and icecream at Chick Fil A; Thursday - the girls are with Grandma, Friday - Playgroup at the park with the other young moms from the ward), but when we don't have anything else to do, our go to activity is a walk. The kids love to go for walks! We go for a walk - sometimes two! - almost every day. And on just about every walk we go on, the kids insist that we stop at our spot: a bench under an arch of bushes. Even the little ones got upset the one time Bethany got a little too excited and ran by without stopping.
Becca sharing her animal crackers. Well, one of them. She devoured the rest of the container by herself in record time.
See? And I'm pretty sure she was asking for a refill. This tiny girl can eat!
Bethany calls this "the mountain."
Becca decided to join the fun!
She needed a little help. That's what sisters are for!
Beautiful girl.
Beautiful girl #2
It's hard to get a picture of Bethany where she's not talking!
Bethany ran around and around this tree singing "The Mountain Song." She made up the words as she went along.
"Pick me up! Pick me up!" This is pretty common with this one. Good thing she's light as a feather!
The sweetest smile.
Becca was really really thirsty.
This girl asks a lot of questions.
Becca is not cool with being dirty! She tried to pick up one dropped animal cracker and somehow ended up this dirty!
"I'm so dirty. Gross."
