Water Boy

Luke loves to play in the water: the sink, a pool, the gutter, the spigot in our backyard ...

He also loves to drink water. Seriously, this boy drinks a lot of water!

He found half of an Easter egg and started using it as a cup.

"Mmm..pretty good. I think I'll have some more..."

Luke started filling up both halves of the egg and bringing them inside for me to drink over and over. Once, when he came inside, I was upstairs, so he walked to the bottom of the stairs and yelled for me to come down. When he saw me at the top of the stairs, he raised one half of the egg really fast to show me he had filled it for me and accidentally tossed all of the water over his shoulder. He looked mournfully at the empty egg for a second, but then, he quickly remembered that the other half was still full of water and happily laughed, showed it to me, and nodded with a big grin on his face, as if to say, "It's all good! I've still got one! Come on down!"
