The Holy Ghost According to 3 Year-Olds

Conversation first thing this morning:

Blake and Jade [running into my room]: "Mom! Where's the Holy Ghost? We can't see Him!"

Me: "We can't see the Holy Ghost, we just feel Him--"

Blake: "He walked away!"

Jade [looking out the window and seeing Blake's umbrella in the backyard] : "Blake, He take-d your umbrella!"

Blake: "No He didn't!"

Jade: "He has stripes like me!"

Me: "The Holy Ghost gives us a good feeling when we make good choices and He gives us a bad feeling to let us know a choice is wrong."

Jade: "He's happy! And mad."

Me: "He's not mad. He just wants us to be happy, so He warns us about bad choices that will make us sad."

Jade: "Oh! He's nice!"

Glad we cleared that up! Haha!
